When you request a quote, book a cleaning, buy a gift card, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, service address, home details (for example size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, and entry instructions), your preferred dates and times, and any notes you share with us.

Payment information. Payments are handled by our booking platform and its payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our systems.

Communications. We keep records of the calls, texts, and emails you exchange with our team so we can schedule and deliver your service and answer questions.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our analytics provider collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and approximate location based on IP address. Your cleaning team. The cleaners assigned to your appointment receive the details they need to do the job, such as your name, address, and entry and service notes.

Companies that help us operate, including our website host (Webflow), our online booking and payment platform (BookingKoala and its payment processor), our customer communication tools, and our analytics provider (Google Analytics). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, team, or others.
Business transfers. If our business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
